1.2. Funds added to the user balance cannot be withdrawn and can only be used to purchase services. However, any unused funds within 12 hours may be refunded to the user’s balance.

1.3. A refund is provided only in case of a service failure with an active warranty, and funds are credited to the user’s balance.

2. Quality Guarantee Refund

2.1. As part of our Quality Guarantee, users can request a refund of unused funds from their balance.

2.2. Refund requests must be submitted within 12 hours of adding funds.

2.3. If the funds have not been used in orders, they may be withdrawn to the original payment details upon request as part of our Quality Guarantee.

2.4. The refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the deposit.

2.5. Only unused funds from the balance are eligible for a refund.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • If the funds have already been used for purchasing services.
