Refund Policy

1. General Refund Terms

1.1. All payments made on good-boost.com are final and non-refundable, except for unused balance within 12 hours of the transaction.
1.2. Funds added to the user balance cannot be withdrawn and can only be used to purchase services. However, any unused funds within 12 hours may be refunded to the user’s balance.
1.3. A refund is provided only in case of a service failure with an active warranty, and funds are credited to the user’s balance. Refunds for service failure will only be issued when a service fails to meet its guaranteed results or when the service is not delivered within the promised timeframe. The refund will be credited to the user’s balance, and the user can use these funds to purchase other services or request a withdrawal as per the Quality Guarantee.

2. Quality Guarantee Refund

2.1. As part of our Quality Guarantee, users can request a refund of unused funds from their balance.
2.2. Refund requests must be submitted within 12 hours of adding funds.
2.3. If the funds have not been used in orders, they may be withdrawn to the original payment details upon request as part of our Quality Guarantee. This means that if the funds have not been spent, users can choose to receive a refund to the same payment method used during the deposit.
2.4. The refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the deposit (bank card, cryptocurrency, or e-wallet).
2.5. Only unused funds from the balance are eligible for a refund. Once the funds are used to purchase services, they are non-refundable.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

3.1. Refunds are not issued in the following cases:

  • After 12 hours from the payment time.
  • If the funds have already been used for purchasing services.
  • For digital products or services that were successfully delivered.
  • If the refund request violates our Terms of Service.

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Proof of payment (e.g., payment receipt or transaction ID)
  • The reason for the refund request
  • Details of the service failure (if applicable)

4.2. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days, depending on the payment provider. If a refund is to be processed to a bank account or card, please note that additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment provider. For cryptocurrency payments, refunds will be processed to the same wallet from which the funds were deposited.
